１月より３か月間のターム留学へ飛び立った生徒から便りが届きました。
今回は、ニュージーランドへ留学中の生徒と、オーストラリアへ留学中の生徒のレポートを１通ずつ紹介します。
Friday was my last day at the language school, so I took a lot of pictures with people I met there and meeting those people became a special memory for me.
I learned new vocabulary and phrases that aren’t usually written in a textbook and communicating with a native person became a valuable experience for me.
Though it was only for 2 weeks I really liked going to school and learning new things there, so I already miss it, but I hope I could make good memories in the new school, too.

金曜日は語学学校での最終日だったので、そこで出会った人たちとたくさん写真を撮りました。この出会いは私にとって特別な思い出になりました。
教科書には載っていないような新しい単語やフレーズを学び、ネイティブとのコミュニケーションも貴重な体験になりました。
２週間という短い期間でしたが、私はこの学校に通って新しいことを学ぶのがとても好きだったので、もう寂しくなってしまいました。けれども、新しい学校でも良い思い出を作ることができたらと思います。
I went to Symbio Wildlife Park.
I was surprised that birds were very friendly to humans because cockatoo was sitting next to humans and waiting for food.
In Japan, most animals are in thick glass cages, and we have to see them from far away.
I was surprised when I saw the cheetah very closely, and it was not afraid of humans.
I saw koalas climbing the tree and moving their ears, but I was sad I couldn’t touch or feed koalas.

シンビオ・ワイルドライフ・パークに行ってきました。
オウムが人の隣に座って餌を待っていて、人間にとても友好的であることに驚きました。
日本ではほとんどの動物が分厚いガラスの檻に入っていて、遠くから見ることしかできません。
チーターを間近で見たときは、チーターが人間を怖がらないことに驚きました。
コアラが木に登って耳を動かしているのを見ましたが、触ったり餌をあげたりできないのが悲しかったです。
